No. There are no call-out charges or travel costs—just the hourly rate for the time I spend working on your problem.
You pay nothing. "No fix, no fee" is a genuine commitment. If I can't resolve the issue, I won't charge you—and I'll be upfront about it rather than stringing things along.
Most jobs take one to two hours. Simple things like printer setup or WiFi fixes are often done in under an hour. More complex problems like virus removal or data recovery can take longer. I'll give you an honest estimate when you get in touch.
I'll always tell you in advance if anything needs purchasing, and I'll give you honest advice on whether it's worth spending the money. I never recommend unnecessary purchases.
