None at all—I'm completely comfortable working with people who are complete beginners. There's no such thing as a silly question.
Sessions are flexible. Many people prefer one to two hours at a time—enough to learn something useful without feeling overwhelmed. We can do regular sessions if you'd like.
Absolutely—video calling is one of the most common things I help people with, and it's very rewarding once it clicks. I'll show you how to use WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom step by step.
